There is absolutely zero charge to join. As a member, you will receive a minimum dozen wines each year – be it three-bottles quarterly, or 12-bottles annually.
On sign up, we will send you a welcome email with your login details. This will confirm your recurring subscription. Any adjustments to your pack configuration or the selection of wines can be made on our website or over the phone.
Quarterly subscription packs will be sent every three-months – December for the Summer pack, March for Autumn, June for Winter and September for Spring. Your initial order, received on sign up, will align with the pack selection which is current for that season (e.g., a November sign up will receive the Spring pack). Annual Club packs will be dispatched in October. Members are charged for wines on dispatch, and will be notified in advance by email.
By joining, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over, and acknowledge that your wine allocation will be automatically charged to your credit card. Please let us know if your contact details, delivery address or credit card information changes to ensure that you are receiving communication from The Other Wine Co., and that your wine reaches you each year.
You may let us know at any time via email if you wish to change or cancel your membership without penalty. If we do not hear from you then your scheduled orders will be processed automatically each year. In joining the Club, you agree to receive offers and updates from us and our affiliate companies (Shaw + Smith, Tolpuddle Vineyard, MMAD Vineyard), which may be in the form of email, SMS, post or phone, until such time as you choose to opt out.
